The principals, have over 70 years combined experience in antenna design and development as the original owners of TIL-TEK Antennas and later, Phoenix Antenna Systems

The ANSim antenna design software which is the main tool in EM-Bench, is based on a program written by Dr. Mark Tilston as part of his PhD thesis. the Thin-wire Reciprocal Multiradius Implementation of the Electromagnetic Moment Method which in turn was based on the Uniradius thin-wire frequency-domain moment-method program developed by J.H. Richmond. The program has been continuously improved on and added to over the years to include double precision, dielectric modeling, 2D surface patches and symmetry.
